Skenit: Trainer & Studio is an application used by trainers and fitness studios to organize and schedule personal and group workouts, track memberships, monitor reports, manage team operations, and scale their businesses.
Skenit: Client is an application used by personal training clients. The functionalities of the application include scanning QR codes upon arrival at workouts, reserving available time slots, quickly canceling them, and tracking membership expiration and renewal periods.

Coaches and Fitness Studios Who Believe in Skenit
Skenit involves two applications to provide you and your clients with the best possible user experience. The applications cover different functionalities depending on the user (coach or client) who uses them, and for this reason, each role has its own application for easier navigation.
The price of the application depends on factors such as the number of your clients, the number of employees (coaches) in your studio, and the number of locations your business covers. There are three packages available:
Free Plan: If you have up to 5 clients, one employee (coach), and operate at a single location, the application is free.
Gold Plan: If you have up to 30 clients, up to two employees (coaches), and operate at up to two locations, the monthly subscription for the application is €29.99, while the annual subscription is €27.50 per month.
Platinum Plan: Unlimited clients, employees, and locations. The monthly subscription for the application is €59.99, while the annual subscription is €55.00 per month.
It is essential for your client to download the Skenit: Client application. The coach adds them by entering the client's email address, which they will use to sign in to Skenit: Client Application.
Your clients are not required to have the Skenit: Client Application; however, to maximize all the benefits of the application, we recommend that they use it as well. This way, you will have easier communication, your clients can quickly schedule/cancel workouts without the need for calls and messages to coordinate them, and they can easily track their membership activity period and renewal reminders, contributing to the efficiency of your business.
Yes, registration and use of the Skenit: Client Application is always free, regardless of your choice of coaching package. Registration and use of the Skenit: Trainer & Studio Application are free to a certain number of clients. Please see the pricing for more details.

Go to the 'Login' window, then select 'Forgot Password.' We will send you a new one to the email address you originally registered with.
Your client needs to download the Skenit: Client Application from Google Play or the App Store and log in to their profile. On the Settings screen, by clicking the ‘Check-in’' button in the upper right corner, the QR scanner opens, allowing them to scan the QR code.
Every coach can freeze a client's membership for a specific period, but only once during the term of a single membership. The pause in the membership ends when the coach renews the client's membership.
Skenit: Trainer & Studio application - In the 'Memberships' section, the coach has access to all remaining sessions and membership expiration dates for each client individually.
Skenit: Client - On the home screen, the client can see the remaining sessions and the membership expiration date.
There are two options:
1. One day before the client's membership expires, they will automatically receive a membership expiration reminder.
2. If you want to remind them earlier, you can send them a membership expiration reminder manually.
Sessions are not carried over automatically, but each coach can manually carry them over to the next month for a specific client.
Skenit: Trainer & Studio application - In the 'Memberships' section, under 'Expired' the coach finds the client for whom they want to renew/extend the membership and clicks on the 'Renew Membership' option. The client's application will automatically display the new membership period on the home screen.
Once a client has chosen one of the training packages offered by the coach, changes are not allowed during the current membership period. After the current membership expires, they can choose a different training package.
Yes, there are different packages that include a greater number of locations.
Yes, it is possible to add multiple coaches (employees) to the application. Your employee doesn't need to register independently; you, as the administrator, add them to the system and assign them the role of a coach. During this process, you enter their email, after which they receive a generic password to log into the system.
There are three different roles you can assign to a coach (employee):
Owner - Has access to all locations and data associated with their business.
Manager - Has access to data related to the location they are assigned to.
Coach - Has access to data about their own clients.
